MEET REBECCA
Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Gut Health Nutritional Therapist based in Hackney London. My journey into digestive health and women’s wellness began with my own struggles. Living a busy lifestyle, I experienced firsthand how my gut issues and hormone imbalances impacted my well-being. Through nutritional therapy, I’ve seen incredible changes—not just in my own life, but in the lives of my clients.
I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, struggling with gut issues, stress, and fatigue. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting busy women who are in the same boat. I’ve been there, and I’m here to guide you towards sustainable changes to make you feel empowered and control of their long-term health.

I offer 1:1 Nutritional Therapy and support in either Online via Zoom or IRL in Stoke Newington, Hackney.
My consultations are bespoke, and I work closely with each client to understand their goals and health concerns. Using a naturopathic framework, I aim to uncover the root causes of what's causing your gut issues, making my advice practical, achievable, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that lifestyle practices and mindset are just as important as eating well, whether it's exercise, meditation/breath work, or sleep hygiene.
