A warming fibre-fuelled breakfast to set you up for the day. Figs make a great addition if you want something naturally sweet.
Vegetarian | Easy | Prep time 5 minutes | cooking time 5 minutes | serves 1
Ingredients:
40g Organic rolled oats
Almond milk (I used plenish+ milk)
x 2 figs sliced
A handful of blueberries
1 tbsp of almond flakes
1 tbsp of bee pollen
Method:
1. Add the oats and almond milk to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 4-7 mins, stirring occasionally until creamy.
2. Spoon the porridge to a bowl and top with the figs, blueberries, and bee pollen. Enjoy!
Figs, oats, and blueberries are high in fibre and can help support a healthy digestive system.
