Add ons: Follow-Up Appointment

Service Description

Follow-up Appointments: The follow-up appointments happen 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment or any previous follow-ups. They last for approximately 45 minutes. Here we will monitor your progress, and address any concerns you may have. If tests have been undergone they will be reviewed, and between us, we can develop new goals. You will then receive: -Updated plan and additional resources  -Updated supplement recommendations⁠ -Recipes and meal ideas⁠ -Informational handouts⁠
